SERVICES 

We offer the opportunity to encounter God, Father, Son and Holy Spirit

through the traditions of the Church.

Christians of all traditions are welcome to come and receive the blessing of an Anglican Eucharist.  

As a part opf the Anglican Church in Aotearoa, New Zealand and Polynesia

we use the Prayer book of this 3 Tikanga/Cultural Stream Church

How can I belong? 

Turn up - you are whanau/family as soon as you walk through the door.  

What if I am not an Anglican? 

That's ok there are a number of people from different Christian traditions

who choose to worship God with us.  If you would like to take the step of 

formally becoming and Anglican please discuss Confirmation with the vicar.

SUNDAY SERVICES

Every Sunday

8am to 9am - Quiet early morning Eucharist with Homily

(Hymns only once a month)

10am - 11am - Sung Holy Eucharist, Hymns and Homily

3rd Sunday informal Communion with Songs and chat

Hereworth Chaplaincy Services:

6.00 pm . A 3 times termly a service bridging Hereworth School and the Anglican Parish

Tuesday Services:

Rotating between Duart Hospital, and Mary Doyle

11.00 Holy Communion

Wednesday Service:

11.00am.  Waiapu Retirement Village

The Chapel of the good Shepherd


THURSDAY SERVICE
Every Thurssday from 10am to 10.30am

A Church dedicated to Saint Luke has stood on the site since 1874- it met its challenges then, as it seeks to meet the challenges of the present day.  In gratitude for the past we walk backwards into the future - learning the lessons of the past.
